For the third time in a row,Zimbabwe will get another opportunity to be represented at one of the most prominent male pageants in Africa,Mister Africa International .
The first Zimbabwean models to,headline at the Mister Africa International pageant were;Adonis Ncube,Tevin (uk),Tapiwa Zimhamba in 2018.
However Adonis Ncube wasn’t able to make it to Nigeria where the finals were conducted .
All work was left for Tapiwa Zimhamba and Tevin .
Unfortunately Zimbabwe wasn’t able to win the throne, but Tapiwa Zimhamba was awarded Best Beach Body .
Last year Lance Ndlovu was selected by the organisers of the pageant to represent Zimbabwe during the ceremony .
While for the third time,the pageant was hosted in Nigeria.
Due to personal reasons Lance was unable to take part in the event.
This year anotheropportunity has been granted to the landlocked country,Zimbabwe.
As the newly crowned Mr Zimbabwe,Devson Luzane was selected to represent the crown at this year’s,2020 Mister Africa international pageant.
The 23 year old model is a fitness,photogenic and pageantry model,who resides at the third largest city of Zimbabwe,Gweru.
Luzane said this is a big opportunity for his career in the modelling industry and it will give him an opportunity to network.
“This is big,it’s bigger than what I ever imagine but always been ready,it means a lot ,imean the exposure,connections and more people I will interact with will always give me an opportunity to come back and provide ideas to the society .
“Also I’m looking at endorsements with bigger companies because that’s where the recognition comes from,”he said.
