A Western Province Equestrian athlete, radio presenter, Miss Teen Mundial Western Cape 2026, Youth ambassador, philanthropist, professional model, cutting – edge leader, and gifted horse rider. A 13 year old girl who is doing grade 7 at Laerskool Hugo Rust in Wellington and she is living her dreams to the fullest.
Lienke Uys is a community builder, world shaker, earth mover, and game changer. She is a living proof of this philosophy. She walks the talk. Our superstar model can selflessly give her spare time to do charity activities. As a youth ambassador for Red Cross Children’s Hospital Trust, youth ambassador for Badisa, and a youth Champion for the Mission to Seafarers, she has supported organisations and initiatives, including operation smile, MES Bellville, community feeding projects, blanket drives, shoe and stationery drives, and mentoring younger girls.
Her vision is to equip youngsters with vital skills and knowledge that can bring out the best version of themselves. The main objective is to build a better future by having youths who can make a difference in their youthfulness without waiting to reach adulthood.
In her outreach journey, she managed to organise free meals to feed children at Elnor Primary School. She worked with organisations such as Mission to Seafarers and Tiana-Leigh Lung Foundation doing charity work. Also, this gem took it upon herself to be an advocate of body positivity and mental health because a lot of girls are suffering from the issue of body shaming. She is a mentor or coach who is teaching young girls about self – esteem, confidence, and self – awareness.
” Being in a competition with these phenomenal and gifted young ladies was not easy like walking
in the park.I was privileged to meet amazing and
talented models who inspired me to work so
hard day and night. I pulled through and did my best until I reached to the top. Today, l am proudly to announce that l am a Miss Teen Mundial Western Cape 2026.
I thank God for my biological mother who
discovered my gift when I was a toddler. My mother did not hesitate to enroll me for modelling classes. I was a toddler, and everything l have achieved in my life up to this current day, l could not make it alone. There are many hands that contributed to my ultimate success. It might be my family members, friends and fans, mentors, the list is endless. l salute you for believing my dreams,” she says.
Last words
Stay humble, be yourself, make friends, and respect
everyone you meet along the way because no one
knows about tomorrow.
