Pauline Marere was crowned Miss Environment Zimbabwe 2023 in a spectacular event held at Waterlake Resort in Kariba on the 13th of May. The beauty queen has now set her sights on the Miss Environment International competition scheduled for June 2023, where she aims to bring the crown home to Zimbabwe.

Pauline emerged as the overall winner of the competition and went home with a brand new car. She has also received a lot of support from the Zimbabwean community, who are rooting for her to win the Miss Environment International title.

This isn’t Pauline Marere’s first time winning a prestigious beauty pageant. She has won over 25 titles so far, and her success in this latest event is a testament to her poise, confidence, and enduring beauty.

The judges had a difficult time deciding the winner, with Wendy, Courtney, Michelle, and Natasha finishing as runners-up, in that order. Despite not taking home the top prize, these contestants will receive the opportunity to compete in other international pageants, with all their expenses paid.

During the event, all the aspiring models received free heels and evening gowns, allowing them to walk and present themselves on the stage with even more confidence.

The Miss Environment Zimbabwe contest is a showcase of beauty, brains, and commitment to environmental conservation. It aims to position Zimbabwe as a champion of environmental causes, environmental sustainability, and awareness around climate change. The contestants go through a rigorous process of training and mentorship, followed by regional auditions before the final event in which they compete for the top honors.

Pauline Marere’s crowning as Miss Environment Zimbabwe 2023 is a significant achievement and a testament to her hard work and dedication. We wish her all the best as she prepares to represent Zimbabwe at the Miss Environment International pageant. Additionally, we commend the organizers of the event for promoting environmental awareness and sustainable living through the beauty pageant, nurturing young talent, and giving participants the opportunity to expand their horizons while simultaneously contributing to environmental conservation.
