In his first months as Mister Zimbabwe it seems,Devson Luzane keeps making history.
Devson tells us about his first contract that he signed with a big brand commercial company. In an interview he explains to us what it means to sign with an award winning commercial company.
Also we get into the dance floor as Mister Zimbabwe, provides to us two of his favourite songs that he can Jam too.
TR:This year you signed a huge contract especially during your reign as Mr Zimbabwe.What does it mean to you?
DL:Glory be to God,it’s big I don’t want to lie.
I’m going to be presenting myself at different higher level,it’s just a bliss.
TR:Tell us more about the contract that you signed with Edgars?
DL: I recently got told by that my contract is starting soon with Edgars Zimbabwe ,either end February or beginning March will be doing my first ever shoot with a big and baddest company .
TR:Why is it important for one to be signed by a big international brand such as Edgars?
DL:It gives you a wider platform to show case talents,from attending runway shows ,commercial and promotional modelling chances too,as much as it comes with money it helps you build your name too.
TR:You have been taking part in different orphanages and homes reaching out How has your journey been?
DL:Yes!, we have always made it a point to come back and give to the community a culture that our patron is always teaching us to do.
TR:Besides Edgars are you hoping to sign up with other big brands such as Edgars ?
DL:Yes definately,I will always run it through the Edgars advisors.
TR:Now that you are into commercial,pageantry and photogenic. What do you believe are the advantages of taking part in all the three?
DL:Pageantry allows you to show the potential you have and it leads you to commercial ,where most of the money is,photogenic just makes people know you got this .
They all complimentary in building a super model I believe
TR:What’s your favourite sound track of your life?
DL:(giggles) Of my life ?.Let me make them two at least that would be ‘Rise -Jonas blue’ ,and ‘Major Lazer /rudimental -let me live’.
TR:What is the best advice you have received so far in life?
DL:That I should live in the present moment ,and worry not about tomorrow for it surely have enough worries on its own.
TR:How would you like to be remember as you leave your reign?
DL:Definately as the ‘guy’ ,who opened doors for most male models,as the guy who kept on achieving and growing bigger and also as the person who taught that we should always look out for each other
