The Constant Pursuit Of Excellence

Lucia Litshani is a 21-year-old young black confidence woman brought up in a small village of Ha Mashau Doli, Limpopo. She is doing Bachelor degree of Sport Coaching. “My upbringing was hard yet full of love and joy. We were raised by a wonderful grandmother and l learnt to be responsible at an early age, “she says. Thank God, she was signed by Coreclear Modelling agency whereby she is groomed and mentored. She used to create fake plastic high heels so that she can learn how to walk on such kind of shoes. Everything would occur at the backyard of the house. She would programme herself to view trees and crops as multitude of people cheering her and screaming while she is walking on the stage.

She was using wood stick as microphone and empty bottles will be awards. Many people thought l was crazy but my dreams comes into reality – l am now a model. “I boldly approached Khodani Mudau (the founder of Coreclear agent) and she agreed to work with me. This is how the journey started and the rest is history.”, she says.

What Lucia lives by

My motto in life is that there is no magic in the world of success. I believe that greatness is pursued not only desired. It is a personal commitment you can make for yourself. I am kind of a person who does not like to take short cuts or leave the project half done because it will produce unpleasing outcomes at the end of the day.
