As all is set for this year’s Mpumalanga Fashion and Design Week,we take a look at how Zimbabwe’s fashion and modeling industry has benefited from the fashion event.
The Mpumalanga Fashion and Design Week was founded by Samuel Marere from South Africa and had been hosted in South Africa at Mpumalanga.
A number of fashion designers and Zimbabwean models have attended the event as participates.
The King of the modeling industry,Shadel Noble who has been labelled by many or traditional attenders as the face of the event .
Has graced the event since its establishment.
Other models who have graced the event include award winning model Adonis Ncube who is currently the brand ambassador of AMMFI Zimbabwe and Wade Beaton (Zimbabwean model who is based in China) .
When it comes to fashion designers award winning fashion designers who include:Ngoni Motsi and Zimbabwe’s most ranked best fashion designer Tapfumanei Coco have exhibited their work in the fashion show.
As the show is suppose to take place next month,many are wondering which is the next big Zimbabwe star who will represent the country in the event.
As most of those who have attended the event believe,that the ceremony its a platform used for one to sell their brand among fashion lovers and also to engage with other Fashionistas.
