and excellence. Tatenda Chari is a 19 year old boy who is a seasoned and professional guitarist, Sungura musician, and prolific song writer who recorded 2 solid albums in his career.
“l worked with a veteran musician, Somandla Ndebele in 2023 to 2025.l gained a lot of experience on how to record songs in a studio, how to do live performance, how to write songs and how to be a professional artist. Indeed, l am a grounded and established brand. Now, l formed a band which is called Maestroboys. Aleck Macheso, Gift Amuli, Admire Kasenga and Paradzai Messi; these are the source of my inspiration,” he says.
What do you want to say to your friends, family, and fans?
To my incredible support system, l would like to thank you for your unwavering support that you always show me each an everyday of my life. You will never get tired or give up on me. Your encouragement makes me realise that I am not alone on this journey.

What is the biggest hurdle facing the youth today?
Depression. There is a lot of pressure to become
successful overnight without going through
sequential process.
