You might not have time or money to go to gym but you can be able to do some regular exercises on a daily basis without using gym equipments. Honestly speaking, it can improve and strengthen your body fitness. You simply do a brisk walking, jogging , bicycle riding or mountain climbing. If you do not like to do outdoor exercises; you can do squirts, sit – ups, planks, push -ups or mountain climbers.
Here is the tips for the beginners trainers :

Step 1. Taking a simple 15 minutes jog per day
Step 2. Do at least 3 sets of press up and deeps
Steps 3. Do at least 4 sets of squats
