Mental health is a very serious issue and we as people are trying to ignore it.

Mental disorders such as Depression, anxiety, anger and others must be taken serious and people must be made aware of mental disorders.
Mental disorders are all about negative impact in one’s life. If a person close to you is not mentally health it also affects you in one way or another, in most cases people who are affected by mental disorders do not survive due to lack of communication.
A true story is about Reitumetse Mofokeng. She was diagnosed with a mental disorder of Anger issues back in 2018, what led her to have anger issues is that she was a non-communicator and was not able to open up to anybody and that was slowly killing her inside.
Having a strong circle of influence around you is one of the things that will help a person to overcome their fears and obstacles but mostly sharing and opening up about what’s eating you inside. Write down about your worries, your pain and your fears it might help.

Seeking a professional help nowadays is now cheap, if one feels like opening up to their close circle might not be a good option then there is always a better option.
Today she can proudly say she is free from Anger issues all thanks to the professional help she got from the South African government and her close circle.
