Award winning international runway and commercial model Floret Chikomwe is set to co-host Miss Tourism Harare.
This is a big task in her hosting career as this will be her first time to host an event.
The award winning model who will be co-hosting with
Nyasha Chamakudhengu told model guide mag,that by selecting her to be a co-host of the event it shows that the organisers of the event,believe and have faith in her.
In addition she said the platform will be an advantage for her to,market her brand to other organisers of other events.
“Being selected as the co-host of such an exclusive event it means the organising committee believes in my ability to deliver as the host.
She also advised those who will be attending the event,to brace themselves for a memorable,unforgettable event.
“Confidence,laughter they (audience) will have a good time and enjoy the show because as a former beauty Queen and model I know,what its like to be competing for that title so its going to be interesting to see how I use my experience to deliver and keep the crowd intrigued,”she said.
Floret Chikomwe is a multi-talented model who is the brain of Floret Open Arms Foundation,actress,TV Presenter and Media Personality,brand Influencer and global Brand Ambassador for several international companies such as:Pizza Inn Kenya;Edgar’s;Jet;Econet;Golden Pilgner Zim and SA,Chicken Inn Zim and DRC etc.
She has catwalked for fashion brands that belong to multi award winning designers who include:David Tlale (SA);John Ablaza (Philippines); Balenciaga’s Todd Thomas (USA);Mike Freeman (USA),Evelyn Lambert (USA).
Also she has modelled for international designs for Wolf Totem (Milan),Chiayi (China),Lafuma (France).
And has worked with several photographers.
Miss Tourism Harare will be hosted on the 7th of September at Rainbow Towers.
And 30 models from Harare,Mashonaland Central and East will be contesting for the crown that will allow them to represent their region during Miss Tourism Zimbabwe Finals.
