The spirit of boldness

There is nothing more enticing than an individual who is aware of his or her own purpose on this earth. There is no man who came by incident or mistake. Absolutely, there is a major reason for your existence and there is a greater calling for your life.

Discover what has been deposited within you and have the courage to pursue your dreams. You will be amazed how things will come together at the end.

This gem is a born again Christian whose desire is to make a difference on this earth. As Christians, we lead by example to do good so that others can learn from us.

Siphesinhle Tebogo Shelembe actually sees modelling as a craft, not a major source of immortality as many Christians view it. It is not all about exposing your precious body or wearing fancy clothes. As a matter of fact, it is a skill that can be attained by constant practise. In simple words, modelling is a platform for empowerment, uplifting, illumination and improvement.

Regardless that modeling is a God – given gift,  Siphesihle draws his  inspiration from the late
Nkanyiso Mbhele, he is the man who groomed and mentored him to be a professional model. He was a man of integrity, professional and excellence who impacted the world in a positive way by living his dreams. ” I am a fruit of his labour, l am not ashamed to boldly announce that l am a product of his teaching and training,” he says.

Favourite subjects of Siphesinhle are Mathematics,Natural Science and Technology, Creativity Art and Social Science because he wants to be an Archeologist when he grows up.

If you could go back and tell yourself one thing before beginning your modelling career, what would it be?

Work hard and do not panic – everything will be alright.

What is your greatest lesson in your modelling career so far?

Modelling is all about people. You are not living in a vacuum world. You need people who can come to watch you on the stage, people who can support or sponsor your craftwork, people who can market your brand or speak on your behalf when you are not around. I have learnt to value man in life regardless of their status, age, nationality or education level.
