She is a true embodiment of the mantra, ” age is just a number.” This belle is one of the vivacious youngsters who chose to get up from her comfort zone and started to pursue her modelling career at a younger age. Her journey serves as a powerful reminder that with passion, a clear vision and hard work, one can accomplish the loftiest dreams. In this particular interview, Amanda was clearly explaining her modelling journey when she joined the Expressers Modelling Agency in 2024. She managed to scoop the title of Miss Future SA. Currently, she is a finalist of Miss Charity Influencers 2025.
A newbie South African model, Amanda Dlomo is a 12 year old girl who was born, bred and buttered in Adam Mission. She is doing grade 8 at Adam College. Her dedication and determination extends beyond modelling. She is a philanthropist, public speaker and dancer as well. Indeed, she is a multiple talented person who fits in so many areas. She clearly understood the proverbs which say that do not put all your eggs in one basket.
Our fireball vividly elaborated that modelling is an art that can be expressed through fashion, beauty, pictures, body language, voice and many other forms..
Furthermore, she is a community builder who is making a positive impact in the city of Durban. Naturally, she has got a pure and generous heart. A large number of people are benefiting from her unwavering kindness, love and faithfulness to her God – given assignment on this earth.
If she is going to be given an opportunity to have 1 billion Rands in her bank account, she would like to help the less privileged people in Durban by building more hospitals, schools, homes and creating many jobs in South Africa.
What is the benefit of being a model?
It is a wonderful and honour to be trained at Expressers Modelling Agency because it dramatically changed how l conduct myself as an individual and it improved my reasoning capacity – l view life from a better perspective. Also, l am capable of doing team work, to work under pressure and to interact with different social classes of people.
