Story behind Kre8tive beauty bar

I see myself as a successful business young girl and l am very grateful to have been in a position to run my own business for a year, without having any thoughts of closing it. I started my beauty shop in Pretoria and it usually specialises in hair, nails, facial and make up. On a broader perspective, l am working very hard on a long term goal to open myraid of branches in different places of the two countries; Zimbabwe and South Africa.

I am a very creative, passionate person and love what l do, l solve problems in an amicable way and get on easily with clients and l am able to offer them my personal interaction in order to meet their needs. The deepest secret of success in business is to satisfy your customers. No customer, no business. Therefore, the main goal of a wise entrepreneur is to make sure that every customer is happy and satisfied with the service or product that has been delivered in the beauty store.

Reaching the target market has not been strenuous because of Social media, face to face meetings, publications, attending of workshops or conferences, word of mouth and many other useful channels.

Tell us, what you have learnt in your entrepreneurial journey so far?

There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance. The one pulls people towards you, other is a turn off. Therefore, be careful how you treat people. The plain truth is that business is about  building  relationships with other people. This is how you get customers through connections.

Words of encouragement

Most of the opportunities does not come by cheque first. The level of your commitment, persistence and dedication is what draws money to you.
