Zimbabwe’s pageant scene takes a bold and inspiring new turn with the appointment of Ntombie Gumede and her daughter Tumi Jiane as the official National Directors of Miss Grand Zimbabwe.
This powerful mother-daughter duo brings with them over a decade of experience in pageantry — from grooming and mentoring queens to representing Zimbabwe on global platforms. Now, they’re taking their passion to new heights as they take the reins of the Miss Grand Zimbabwe franchise.
In a heartfelt announcement, Ntombie shared:
“This is more than a title. It’s about restoring, uplifting, and showcasing the true beauty, strength, and voice of Zimbabwe. A legacy continues, and a new chapter begins — and I’m honoured to lead this movement alongside my daughter.”

Together, they aim to reshape Zimbabwe’s presence at Miss Grand International, creating a platform that not only celebrates beauty but also champions purpose, empowerment, and national pride.
As the search begins for the next Miss Grand Zimbabwe, one thing is certain: with Ntombie and Tumi at the helm, the future of Zimbabwean pageantry is brighter than ever.
